Paul Mortlock

Managing Director

Since Paul’s appointment as MD in 2010, he has doubled Frazer-Nash’s turnover, and overseen a wave of investment in modern manufacturing tools and systems. His vision has helped us stay ahead of the curve with innovative engineering and manufacturing solutions, including our additive manufacturing capabilities.

Stephen Lewis

Engineering Manager

Stephen has been working for Frazer-Nash since 2007. He holds a Masters degree in Systems Engineering, and his years of experience with bespoke food processing machinery brings a wealth of knowledge to Frazer-Nash. He undertook research at Surrey University for Frazer-Nash into the metallurgy of materials for additive manufacturing, and brings his expertise to our AM services.

Hayden Weeks

Workshop Manager

Hayden has been involved in engineering since the late 1990s, with an extensive background in EDM wire erosion and CNC milling. He oversees the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Paul Beacham

Project Manager

Paul brings a range of experience within different sectors, from chemical to logistics. He is responsible for the projects within the company, including any spares orders required by our customers. He is a member of the Association of Project Management and works to coordinate project workflows through the company.

Matthew Cottam

Extrusion and Process Engineering

Since joining Frazer-Nash Matthew has supported the development of numerous products and oversees the development of new products specialising in extrusion dies and handling of mixed density products.

Steve Plas

Pet Food Processing

Steve Plas retired from Hill’s Pet Nutrition as Technical director and now supports Frazer-Nash in the development of products and understanding of Pet food production and sanitisation strategy.

Royden Morgan

Low Volume Manufacturing

With a career specialising in supporting low volume production and improving manufacturing efficiency. Royden supports Frazer-Nash in continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing technologies.

Ralph Holtom

Manufacturing for Space Applications

Dr Holtom led the formation of the CCD function at e2v Technologies and the development of custom sensors for space.
Dr Holtom advises on supporting the manufacturing for space and science applications.

Rory King

Quality Assurance

Rory King is an expert in quality assurance the development of quality process to match demanding requirements. With a quality assurance background in Aerospace and Science, Rory supports Frazer-Nash in Science applications.
